Sensex climbs 650 points, Nifty tops 14,700 on US stimulus hopes, ease in bond yields

Investors cheered progress over the $1.9 trillion covid rescue plan in the US. Stocks also gained, as 10-year US treasury yields dropped, easing investor concerns over widening of its gap with earning yields.
